While coaching is more directive than mentoring, both can be tailored to any number of areas such as life transitions, professional/personal communication, oral/written communication, well-being, mindset, decision-making, career coaching, re-telling your story, problem solving, and crisis support. Both are intended to provide insight, inspiration, guidance, and support with a focus on values such as integrity, authenticity, joy, love, allowing, dreaming big, seeing endless possibilities, relentless belief, life as magic, and heart over ego.

This offering is specifically for organizations serving legal professionals, or educational institutions and schools that want to bring on someone with Ruki's expertise to help support and elevate their team members and/or students in areas such as life transitions, professional/personal communication, oral/written communication, well-being, mindset, decision-making, career coaching, problem solving, and crisis support. Session lengths and goals can be tailored to individual and/or organizational needs.
